Donald E. Brown Résumé

DONALD EDWARD BROWN is an award-winning painter with a special interest in portraiture; he has worked with pencil, ink and acrylic mediums over the last twenty years to produce people and animal portraits.  He also produces mixed media abstract works.

Don is a Portland, Oregon portrait painter who specializes in pet portraits and people portraits. His pet portraits, people portraits, dog portraits and cat portraits are beautifully painted with acrylic paint in glorious colors. When starting your pet portrait he works with your favorite photograph, then interviews you before selecting his color palette. When completing each pet portrait or people portrait Don gives specially focus to the eyes of the subject. Don believes the soul can be seen through the eyes.
